Cajun deer sausage

    I had the processor make me some cajun deer sausage for me and now im wondering what the best way to make it would be. Maybe some zatterans?

    That would be good...or Tony's but I like tony's on everyting...

    Tony's is good. I have also used some of that sausage seasoning from Bass Pro. I combined my venison with bacon to add the fat. Went half and half. Came out great.
