I have a couple of leases that are covered with coyotes and bobcats. I want to start hunting them, but know very little about them other than they are hard to call in. I would like to buy a good electronic call that will last me a long time, but I can't spend $1,000 on a call. Any suggestions from the veterans?

Far from a veteran but I hear good stuff about the foxpro spitfire. Plus it's only $199.99. It comes with 24 (?) sounds I think.


The flextone mimic HD is I think is $40-50 it comes with 32 sounds I think. I haven't heard about anybody using them tho.

I just bought the Primos Alpha Dogg. It is simple to use and comes with 75 prerecorded sounds. I am new to predator calling and this is my first call. I think mine was $264 shipped to the door. I don't know how it compares to the other calls, but it works for me.

The Spitfire is a good choice. Any of them will work though.
