This past week I really did not like being passed by outboards. I run a mud motor and yea its goes through alot it is slow. I run a 1538 alweld. who makes the fastest motor out there. I dont want to buy a old zuki, I want something new that can run with them though. what do you guys think? maybe in the 25 hp range

You wont find a brand new 25hp motor that will run with a zuki. Etec will be the closest but still won't touch a zuki. Now if you want a 40 hp that is a different story. There's some 40 hp 4 strokes that will fly!

i have a 25 suzuki and it runs very good. I hear that the Tohatsu mega 25 will leave the suzuki behind , although i have not seen one run myself. You may want to check em out

Mercury Sea pro will be the closest one and you can get them new its a 2 stroke made just like the Nissan/tohatsu 2 stroke
