Bayou Metro the past couple days??!!

I walked into Bell Slough this morning alone and got 10 green heads and 1 canvasback........ I'd probably go there.

I have been seeing a lot of mallards on the Bean Field off of I-40 in the mornings. Where exactly do you walk in there?

We've been consisently killing limits at Remmel Marsh. I've heard they're killing em at Ed Gordon and also the Blackwell Bottoms, but we haven't tried it at either of those places yet.

Go past the Bell Slough turn in to that subdivision.....go through those peoples back yard......there is an old road that goes along the edge of camp robinson that you can follow due south until you get to the top of the ridge overlooking the beanfields........climb down to the bottom of that ridge and there you go.......


Just look out for the GW, sheriff, national guard, homeowners, and farmer and you should have a great hunt.....

Sorry to say this but your probably not going to get a honest answer here. I know someone that went down there Monday and didnt do any good but they left after an hour. Could be better by now, not sure.

Went Sunday got one greenhead that was all ducks like big water

They started killing them in the last few days. Lower had a good wave hit WED nite

Hahahahahahaha, BM is a BUST!!!!!!!! I decided to give it one more chance yesterday, just cause i needed a days break, chasing the river, went 45 minute spans without SEEING a duck! Sucks!

The metro is LOADED with ducks. It is the X.

Was there this morning. Saw maybe 50 mallets, and kilt 1 woodie. Not much shooting, and water dropping fast on Upper. Its bad enough, I'm going deer hunting till more greenheads show up.

Fry a duck.
