About 8 years ago I was out shooting with a guy that I worked with. He was shooting 36 gr. Armscor high velocity hollow points out of his semi auto. It had a nasty case head separation that could have damaged his firearm, but did not. There was internet scuttlebutt at the time that this ammo may have been a little bit hot. The ammo looked like this stuff. I wonder if they reboxed it thinking that it was safe for bolt guns but not semi autos.
