Anybody have a bump stock on their AR? I really don't know much about them at all but they sure look cool!

The money you pay for one would be better spent on ammo & training to develop your ability to put rounds on target quickly & accurately, rather than using a piece of gear as a crutch to try to replace skills. Unless, like Mbpike said, you're just wanting one for the fun of it.

^^^^ Yep. I have a friend that has one and it's fun for a few mags but then it just gets expensive.

If you just want to burn up a lot of ammo fast you can try the rubber band trick and bump fire for free.

Learn to hold it just right on your hip and you can bump fire all day long. I'm not great at it but can make it happen.
Really gets people's attention at outdoor ranges
Other than fun, can't see any reason for a bump fire stock. And that gets to be expensive fun pretty dadgum quick.

Have y'all seen the trigger system that fires once on the trigger pull and once when you let off the trigger..seems pretty cool.

They are a lof of fun to play with, but cause havoc on your barrel and gets to be expensive fun really quick. I see no tactical advantage of having one.

It does seem like it would be dangerous. Not quite sure how you stop shooting without dropping the mag out.

It's very easy to stop shooting. All you have to do is quit pushing forward on the rifle.

Should've specified, I meant like say you only needed to fire once but I reckon that's not what it was designed for. I will say it would probably be great for a hog gun for double taps.

It has a way to lock it from bump firing so you can shoot one shot at a time as well.

The video explains how to fire just one shot. It's a setting on the selector.
