Stand chains and pens all there and in good shape. The seat opens up and straps to the tree for a back pad. The back side of the seat is tore a little from rubbing on the trees but it would be against the tree so you'd never know it.very comfortable,have made alot of all day trips with it. Want to trade it for a quality lock on stand with sticks or $100
