I got a nine point this year that had "knuckles" on a couple of his points...what might cause this ?

He was on page three of the deer hunting threads ...I posted and brought the picture back up..... I went to look at them and it's kinda hard to see in the picture...it's on the right side second point back or first point from main beam, it's just a thick spot kinda looks like a knuckle.

Yep makes it interesting....never know what you got till you get 'em on the ground.
