Cool! What do you use to form them up?
I bought a cover from Van Dykes for a muley I shot last year. It looked leathery in the catalog, but it looks like crappy ol' plastic in reality. I'm thinking about covering it with some leather I've got.

I just leave the hair on them it works good for me. I like it the natural look better than a cover.......I just salt the skull for few days and I've got mounts several years old that is still holding the hair......

I like having the hair on there, but I've had too many get nasty on me.

I like the track. Is that painted or burned on there?

It is burnt, I made a brand and heat it up in my fireplace
