My mother in law ordered me a new 50-11 for Christmas. For whatever reason it didn't make it in time. She contacted Flee and on Christmas Eve one of his guys got my call and met my mother in law in Sheridan so I could have it today. Customer service at it's finest. Thanks Flee!!!

With stories like this it solidifies that my first nice call will be a black ops. Great customer service really wins me over.
