I did an FOIA request for the actual regulation today and they sent it to me. I don’t have access to my email this evening, but I’ll post it in the morning.

Yep, Can deer Hunt with a Center Fire Rifle from Bear season through December..Clean and package your own ,set your own Rules on your Land..Who's going to Know..
One thing about it, They " Deer" won't be standing on the side of the road looking at ya.. 😁😉
I dunno, I figure it won’t be long now and they legalize trapping and snaring. Couple snares hanging from the legs of a feeder about antler high, and anchored off to a good tree can really lay bucks down….or so I’ve heard….

Notice it says "rifle cartridge". I think it would not be in one's best interest to try and convince a game warden that your shotgun is a rifle or that your brass shot shell is a "rifle cartridge". I predict that one will go before a judge....sadly.

If it has rifling in the barrel, it’s a rifle. Not my fault game and fish doesn’t know their ass from a hole in a barrel. They’re ignorant wording also makes tipped copper bullets illegal, since they aren’t lead or hollow points. Just another fine example of absolute ignorance.
OMG this just gets better and better. So they release new regs for “muzzleloader season” and we don’t even have a ML season anymore.
