I think they have to be at least 1.8 Inch case length. Thats case without a bullet in it. Not sure about slugs though.

Other states are banning lead projectiles and AR just banned copper. I'm not sure if I'm feeling better or worse.

I don’t read the reg that way. It’s says and/or hollow point and my copper bullets are hollow point.

Technically the .41 Remington Magnum is a cartridge, not a shell. .410 is a shotgun shell.
