25 HP Mercury 4 stroke...2007 model Texarkana

The motor is not running and i don't want to spend any more $$ on it.Don't know much about the motor other than it needs ...fuel pump,shift/trottle cable,starter solenoid and prop shaft is bent.I have about $1000 in the motor and would like my money back. It has fuel injection,elec.start,tiller steer and ss prop.
