2013 2014 Harvest report

    That's a lot of BB so far. Don't understand with a bow how that happens but oh well. Plus they are still only about 40-60 lbs

    I killed one once with a bow and had no idea it was a BB. Looked it over pretty good before I shot it, too. I applaud those that check these deer. If they were hunting on my ground, I would rather have them kill a BB than a 3 1/2 yr old 8 pt. Lot easier to raise a BB on your land than a 3 1/2 year old. By them checking a BB means there is one less older deer they will kill.:up:

    There is never a positive to killing a BB. That's a potential trophy taken out before he gets a chance. I guess mistakes happen but shouldn't with a bow as often as it does.

    On the plus side it looks like a lot of nannies are hitting the ground.
