need a stock muffler for a 2001 Honda 450 Forman 4x4....the one that is on it looks fine .....But....sounds Like Crap....it rattles..I thought someone on here might have put a aftermarket on one and put the stock one up...Just a thought....

Let me know if you can help.....Thanks.

  2. The baffles have come loose......I took mine and cut a hole in it and took the pieces out. Then welded it closed and it's good. It's loud but for now it's cheaper then a new one.
You can check Ebay for one as well.
I have been keeping an eye out for one but right now that mix has worked.

I sent woodwize a PM and have not recieved anything back. I have all the little piggy I can eat, Little piggy's everwhere around here. I can send you pictures of the muffler if you would like, just send me your email.

  11. Okay but I am more concerned with how much time is on it. They have a tendency to come apart inside causing the baffle issue.
Mine has over 9000 miles on it so she has been around the block....

  13. The method I used works but it will be louder. I have two like that but would like it to be a little quieter.
I pull a little trailer with my foreman and the sound bouncing off the metal sides of the trailer is bad at times.
My old foreman has been a work horse with many more years to go.

I own an ATV repair shop. It needed a motor and I have no time to repair my own, so I just started parting it out
