Yep doc got it

I personally have no idea why someone would want a 80# bow! It maxed at 81.6#....Thank goodness it papertuned in 5 shots! That is all I wanted of it!

What does the recoil feel like in comparison to other bows?

There is none!! These bows are dead and QUIET! The only thing I have shot that is as dead and quiet as these are is the center pivot bowtech's. These bows are WAY faster than the center pivots, which is where the amazing part comes in.

Strother, catch him if you can lol man those bows are sweet. Seems like everything that guy puts out is top notch and just keeps getting better everytime he moves on to the next. That stabilizer looks good on it to!

They are adjustable in 10# range. So you can buy 70# that goes down 10# to 60# He is also offering a 65# max limb that goes down to 55#. He is the only one I have seen that offers a 65# max limb.

Bowtech makes a 65 lb limb model in one bow (Air Raid). I wish everyone made their DW ranges 45, 55 65 and 75.

I'm still a little gun shy on Strothers. I mean he's with Bowtech and can't get along, moves to Elite and can't get along, how long is Strothers going to be in business? I guess with the short warranty on bows these days it's not that big a deal. Just thinking out loud.

Thats true, but you got to admit he makes some nice bows no matter who he is making them for.

Oh no question, he's the premier designer IMO. Lots of folks wonder if Elite will survive without him. I certainly think Bowtech has taken a step back since he left (although they've made some great bows they've also had some stinkers).

I love the look of those cams with the big S on them.

Is that an adjustable and interchangeable module on the top cam? If so how much adjustment can you make on the draw? 1/2" w/o changing i out?

Those are valid concerns. But, he sure does make a phenomenal bow. If I wasn't fearful of my wife hitting me over the head with an iron skillet, I'd get one. With a newborn little boy, that kinda takes priority over buying a new bow

I know what you mean Arkapig. My wife doesn't pay too much attention as long as the total number of bows stays the same. However, when I brought home the orange camo Pearson she knew that wasn't one of the regulars. I knew I should have waited for the black one to come in!

It's a modular cam with modules for each 1/2" of draw length. The draw stop can be moved to change DL a little but if it's like most hybrids you will also change let off and draw cycle characteristics. Best bet is by the module that fits you. Not sure how much Strothers modules are but most other companies it's about $20 and most dealers will swap out with you. I doubt you should try to get more than 1/4" without changing the module.

Should have borrowed my gun cabinet to put it in doc. It's sort of like wonder woman's jet. I had 4 guns in there for 3 years that my wife never noticed.

awesome, thats what I thought. My surrent set-up has the replaceable modules which is awesome and makes a bow much more versatile if you later want to lower the draw length and give to the wife or a friend ect.
