Yesterday I had the opportunity to publicize the Arkansas Deer Hunter's Alliance. Tommy Garner allowed me to be on his radio show, "Outdoors Live".
It was an hour long show and I was able to talk about the history of the ADHA, what the plans for the future are, and also about the Family Deer Day coming up on July 9th at the Forest L Wood Crowley's Ridge Nature Center.

Tommy was very easy to talk to on the radio and I really appreciate him giving me the opportunity to speak about our oganization on his show. The radio show is on K Country 95 located in the Ozarks. He has weekly guests and has invited us to be back on when we have the next event or at the very latest when deer season gets closer.

Hopefully in the near future, we can have similar opportunities in other areas of the state to get the word out about the ADHA. We are a statewide organization and it is time to spread the word and let others know about the ADHA. If you know of a similar radio or televsion program in your area that may be willing to let us speak about the ADHA, please let one of the officers know.

I appreciate Tommy, for his support and gratitude toward the ADHA. I have met Tommy a few times up around Hardy, and he has always asked about the ADHA since the day I told him about it. He has always offered any help he might could give.

That station gets out around that area, and is a good station. Us being allowed to present our Deer day, and tell a little about the organization will be a great help. We need this all over the state in future ventures with the ADHA.

Sorry there, about not knowing, we have had it since last Aug, and finally got it up the first of the year. We are coming up, Aug to renew the server space, and domain name. Website construction is so expensive, so we have done with what we had, to get it going. The directors goal is to get a real nice professional website, and we will work toward that goal as time and money allows us. Anyone know of a good website builder that might volunteer some help?
