I think we have a plan for this, any one that will help please PM me, any one that can fish on April 30th just say ya like to see what kind of ADHA turn out we would have. I can get 20 to 30 teams from around here to come, and hope to get most of them to join ADHA.
Any one willing to make a donation or know any one that might please let me know

The biggest thing I need is prizes, if any of you know any one that would be willing to help get me a number so I can talk to them, I hope that some of the guys that have been posting on the fishing thead will be willing to help.

by it being a buddy tournament (meaning you and a buddy) im guessing that the entry fee is for you and a buddy

Deerhunter, any thing we can get, money is best but what ever you can get will work. If we can get enough money to cover the pay out then every thing we take in can go to the ADHA.

fairweatherhunter, $50.00 per boat the goal is to get the prize money donated so this will go straight to the ADHA.

I just spoke with James House he is doing the Relay for Life Tournament on Ouachita on March 12, he is going to anounce our ADHA tournament to the people that fish his and ask them to come on over and help us out. He is expecting 50 to 70 boats in his so maybe we will get a few of them.
This thing is fixing to take off, hope yall are ready :thumb:
Look forward to seeing yall at the lake :cool:

Going to have some flyers soon, any one willing to pass them out PM me with an address and I will send you some. Things are looking good, got a banner in the making, going to cost a little but will be good to show off our sponsors.
Any one that can get any thing for the tournament try to get the company logo on disc and we will put it on the banner.

No on the lake permit, and I spoke with James on the phone the other night and he is going to let us pass out flyers and he will is going to talk about out tournament at the weigh in, Thanks for thinging about us.

The tournament is listed under the Calendar of Events on page 10C of the sports section in Sundays Democrat Gazette.

I emailed Steve Wilson about getting the tournament mentioned on his show this morning. I had emailed a Kieth Stephens about getting it listed on the Arkansas Outdoors Online newsletter. The last response I got from him was that he would do it "next week". That was 2 weeks ago now. I'll wait and see if it is in this weeks issue before I email him again.

Steve Wilson emailed me back stating he would be glad to help any way he can. I emailed him the tournament information, hopefully he will mention it on his next episode. Thanks for the suggestion.

The tournament is listed under the "Whats Coming Up in the Outdoors" section of the AGFC's weekly online newsletter that came out today for those of you who subscribe. Pretty impressive that it is the only non AGFC related event that is listed.

Hey Matt and Pete, I have had a few people that wanted to fish but didn't know anything about the lake and most didn't have a boat, do yall know of anyone that has a boat and not partner, and knows the lake or vice versa? If so we may could hook some of these people up so we could get more people fishing. :confused: :thumb:

Dodge, Pete would know more people in that area than me, I've never fished that lake so I wouldn't be any help to anyone. I'm fishing with my dad, but if I hear anything from anybody that needs a partner I'll be sure and let you know.

Steve "Wildman" Wilson announced the tournament on Talkin Outdoors this evening. My guess is that it will be announced every episode until the tournament is held. Gives the ADHA a little publicity.

Calling for bad storms Friday night, We could move the eating over to my house if yall want to, would give us a place to get in out of the weather.
The storms will be out by early Saturday and we will gave a great day to be on the water.

The weather.com is calling for strong storms from 1 PM till 8 Pm around malvern. I'm not trying to take yall's fun just giving yall a place to still eat and not have to spend all evening sitting in the truck, If yall still want to do it at the park I will be there :thumb:

Didnt realize fisherman was such a wuss scared of a little rain, hail, and tornadoes. This is a guy that spent a week in sub-zero wind chills sleepin on the ground chasin deer. :biggrin:

Thanks for the offer pete, why dont we play it by ear for now. Those weatherman dont know nothin, my prediction for tomorrow is 15 mph winds, possible gust up to 30 and severe weather in East Arkansas.

Plus I got a 100 ft storm proof tarp that is gonna go up. :biggrin:
