What about it? We are almost doing it once a month anyway. We could do it regionally or in one region each month. Ok let's here it. :smack:

FFA I will discuss it with some of the others and maybe we can get something going, especially if you are going to bring the camo cameras. :thumb:

How many members are located in the central part of the state? Are there going to be different chapters? I am a member and live in North Little Rock, I may have a hard time making it to Russellville or Jonesboro once a month.

Actually we have not had a regular business meeting in Jonesboro except the initial forming meetings with the some of the founding members. We did have a dinner, here, as we have had in Morgan and Russellville. I encourage these dinners in the other parts of the state. We have regional directors in all four corners, and the middle of the state, that I'm sure would be glad to help host a dinner, to gather folks for a meet and greet dinner. We need this in the south corners, and the far north west corner of the state. Our Aug meeting will be centrally located as close as accomodations allow for us. We still need to find a good place for that.
Our by-laws state we have to have three meetings a year, I feel that will be no problem what so ever.

Thanks for the response firehog. Who is the regional director for the central part of the state? I look forward to meeting some of you. I agree that 3 meetings a year is feasible. Will the meeting notices be sent via email, U S mail, or posted on ardeer.org? Thanks again.

Gravy, Look at our Region Map up above and let me know what region you are in. I'm the director of region 3.
Thanks,
Pat

For some reason I am unable to view the region map. Must be my firewall. Thanks for your help though. I'll try when I get to the house later this afternoon, unless there is another source with a map.

And from now on I'll consult the By-Laws before I ask questions that are obviously covered there. Sorry

If members in North Central and NW Ark want to get together, maybe we could meet in Mountain Home or Harrison for a dinner.
