Merry Christmas to all ADHA members, their family, and all deerhunters in the state. It is a special time in which I reflect back on the season I have already had, and look forward to the season I have left. I hope all have a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year.

I would also like to say, may God look over all our service members and protect them from harm. They'er are many families with out love ones at home this holiday season, and I want you to know they are in my prayers, and I appreciate their service to our country. When a person signs up to serve his country, its just not him or her, its the whole family that serves. Each and every one makes sacrifices. God Bless them.

I also want to wish a happy holiday season to our game and fish employees and commissioners, who have the daunting tasks of protecting our resources in this state. I am very thankful for the communications they have gave us on this board. Mike, John, and Corey big thanks for your work and communications to us. I also appreciate your support of our organization.

Kenn and Freddie, thanks for giving us such a wonderful chat board. You have provided me many hours of enjoyment, and if not for this board, the ADHA, would not have probably came about. It allowed some good ole boys to communicate, which brought forth the birth of the ADHA. And it still is bringing us many good supporters as I speak.

I have been on this board, for a few years now, I think around 4 years, and I have seen it grow every year. This last year, I have actually put faces with a few guys on here. Outside our business meetings we have had a squirrel hunt, fish fry, and two informal dinner get togethers.
And I look forward to meeting more of you next year.

As I look back over the year, one thing that hits me more than years past, is the deer hunting family has took a step to being a closer group of guys and gals that it has in years past. Its exciting to know we are working toward being a tighter group of hunters than we have been. We still have a long road, but this is a start. All well established organizations had to start somewhere, and we have started, so to speak.

I want to tell all the directors, assistant directors, officers and folks that have help put this together for the ADHA, Thanks for your hard work and dedication you have gave to this cause. You have gave back to your sport, and I appreciate that, from the bottom of my heart. I am just proud to be associated with you and this organization. And I truelly mean that.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Lee
