Next Year Meetings

We have written in our by-laws that we will have no less than three business meetings annually. I know we will have our election meeting in Aug centrally located in the state.

Some have suggested Wattensaw again for that meeting.

I ask you if you have any ideas for next year in which we can mix our business meeting with a
hunt/fish trip. Fellowship and having fun is key, that is the great thing about this type of orgization, its founded on the enjoyment deerhunting and the outdoors gives us. And hopefully we can find ways to share that fun with other hunters and future hunters across the state.

I ask you to give us some ideas on what you think would be a great trip/event and have our meeting for next year.

WW mentioned to me an all-day git-together cookout and fishing trip at Lake Nimrod west of LR.

Also maybe a turkey trout trip this spring.

Anyways it would be good to set a few dates tennative so folks maybe set some vacation if need be.

Turkeys and/or trout around sylamore is always a good idea in april.

Of course its hard to pick something in april there is so much to choose from.

Bass/crappie in Dardanelle is a good trip.

White bass at the end of march are a blast also.

Tony I know a guy from Mountain View by the name of Jerry Fletcher who could point you to a few. I don't know If he guides anymore but he's a dandy.

And the cabin 'll sleep about four no electric but got 12volt power :D
