The ADHA, finally gets its By-Laws with the attorney completed. We had our meeting back Sept 21 and gave our attorney and CPA a draft of the by-laws we made up. He then took them and re-wrote them in legal terms. That took a little over two weeks, throw in a week for all of us to examine them, and another week to get the members to sign them, here in Jonesboro, and we are ready to send them off to the state and federal government. We anticipate two final members signing monday, and they will be sent off. We are told 3-6 week wait from them. Once again, we appreciate your patience in this matter. We are in the middle of hunting season, and it is very hard to coordinate these final touches. Be we are making headway, just slow and steady. I can't begin to tell you how much dedication and determination there is with these founding members. The time and money spent on this project, by the founding members, to get this organization up and running, truelly has been outstanding. I am proud to be associated with some truelly outstanding individuals. I have got to know these guys over the last five months, and I am proud for it.

I mean when a group forms such a organization, you go through highs and lows, but you get to meet folks and get to know them that you other wise would have never done. We have had two fun get togethers, at Wattensaw, and had several business meetings, not to mention, members just stopping by and visiting other members when in the area. And thats the bottom line, to me, in any organization, is folks meeting other folks and sharing in a common bond.

We also have recieved many outside agencies and individuals who have gave us a warm pre-welcome in forming this, To mention one is the AGFC members, either game wardens, game managers, and commissioners. As well as the members of this BB. Folks we appreciate that, and it confirms our hard work is gonna be worth the effort put forth. Many of you have expressed support and can't wait to be a part of this, and frankly we can't wait for you to be a part of this also.

To give you some specific details that have been approved and finalized, we have elected and voted on our officers, directors and regions that will be represented in this state. These positions will be filled till August of next year, at which time, a general election will take place, and the full membership will decide on its representation of this organization.

We have four officers which include a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. We then have six region directors along with assistant's for each region.

We have our leadership set up by eight voting board directors, which include the six region directors and the president and vice president.

Each director will be in charge of its region. And will be responsible for bringing any issue's to the board that the region might have. Each region will vote for its own director. With the officers being elected state wide.

We will have at least two state wide meetings centrally located in the state. One being the August general election time frame.

The officers and Directors for your region are as follow.

President--Lee Lane-Firehog
Vice President--Steven Stovall--Deerhunter
Secretary--Darrell Speakes--Dspeakes

Region 1 Director--Darrell Speakes Asst. John Mashburn-- Earnhardt fan #1
