Getting memberships and such???

Okay guys we have the annual HUNTERS EXPO coming up in august/september How can we/who do we get in touch with to set up a booth or something ? Maybe throw this Idea out to the public. There will be many thousands of people there so it would be a great place to try it .If it isn't to exspencive . Kenn you'd know how more than any of us how could we do this and get some public imput?

Gonna need some one to know a little about filing the paper work, The tax form looks the most compicated. The state paper work looks better but we just need to make sure things are right, so it don't get rejected.

When you file this it is incorparating you.. But I have a question as to how we file, and the name we use, and can other areas incorporate the same name but different chapter name.

The Association I was president, had its incorporated papers so if the group was sued they could only get the assetts of the association, and not anything from the board or members. I guess if it was incorporated under the Arkansas Deer Hunters Association the other chapters could be covered under the same corporate papers.

Not trying to change things any but was wondering if maybe it would be better to start off statewide then branch off after we get some guidelines and decide how to get all this started.By this I mean we dont want to start off in different directions.We need to all be together when this gets started.

If we need money why don't we just ask for it from people that want to be in the organizitation. Get some sponsers who would like the idea. Surely there is somebody smart enough to push the papers and take the time to reserch and present this idea.
