I was there...didn't have anywhere to hunt on opening day (sad isn't it)so we drove to Fayetteville this morning and called the Hogs. Watching on tv just doesn't do it justice!

Well, the defense did a great job and so did everyone else on the offense except Matt...he is never the reason we win..only the reason we loose.

I don't know how it was seen on tv or if you could hear the crowd but when Matt had the long td run and capped it off with a slam, we went wild. They threw the flag and then the ref made the call on the pa and we cheered! There was a tv timeout and they showed the play on the jumbo tron...we cheered again!

Matt was awesome...he showed more emotion during this game than I have seen in a long time. He was very energetic and pumped...even during tv time outs.

Maybe Matt has been reading the sports forum on this board and felt compelled to do better. tongue.gif just kidding.

I'm glad for Matt and the rest of the Razorbacks just too bad we cant have those kind of games with any consistency.

I wanted to hear what the players hear, Up there it was little different. When I watched them in the Liberty and Cotton Bowls, I was in the lower sections and you could "feel" the roar of the crowds. smile.gif

Anybody see, yet another, spectacular catch by Marcus Monk? After watching him play throughout his high school career, I can say that's just the tip of the ice berg. ;)
