best owner in baseball

Who do you'all think is the best team owner out there?

I would have to say Steinbrenner,he always puts a winner on the feild. I know he has the money but he uses it wisely and is committed to putting a good team on the field.

I dont like the Yankees though.

As much as I dislike the Yanks, I have to agree. His teams are consistantly one of the best. Though, I would have to say that the Cards owner has made some good moves...their offense is overwhelming.

Who do you think the best manager is? I would have to say Cox (Braves), Torre (Yanks..he better be, he has some of the best players), Larussa (Cards, great move on trades)and McKeon (Marlins, does the most with the least)...in that order.

If I owned a team and had my pick of managers, I would be torn between Cox and McKeon.

I might be biased on this being a Yankees fan. Best owner is steinbrenner. He puts the money he makes back into the team. Best manager i would have to say Ron Gardenhire.

I would be happy if the Yankees never won another game. They should never lose with the lineup they have. It seems to me that the game would be more interesting if their was some type of salary cap. I guess there's nothing to stop a team from spending $200 million to get the best of the best.????? For now I'll just continue to be for whoever faces the Yankees.
