Are you ready for some football!? It's been a long time coming, I'm pumped. Got my NFL Sunday Ticket, fresh batteries in the remote, did thumb exercizes, beer, nachos, Pizza will be here during first halftime!

Games I will be paying particular attetion to:

Baltimore / Cleveland - J.Lewis LIT EM UP last year...twice...the return of 'Prime Time'.

Dallas / Minnesota - D.Woodson is out for five weeks, new starting CB (P.Hunter) = R.MOSS lights up the Cowboys...again.

NYGiants / Philly - Philly adds T.O., J.Kearse, H.Douglas. Warner will suffer another concussion, then Eli will be introduced to the NFL.

Bucs / Skins: J.Gibbs + C.Portis = Playoffs

If any of you are into Fantasy Football, I can start a league and we can compete against each other, let me know.

I love me some NFL. My favorite game of the weekend was yesterday Titans over Dolphins 17-7 graemlins/thumb.gif but I always look forward to all the games this early in the season.

Denver screwed up by trading Portis. Their system is RB friendly, but Anderson is out for the year and Griffin is 5'7, 195 he'll do fine but he aint no Portis. Portis is one of four backs in history to rush for over 3000 yds in their first two years. I always pull for Denver, but they dropped the ball with this trade. I heard that it because of a personal grudge that Shanahan had against Portis.

Great game Thursday: Colts / Pats...but it's the same thing as last year w/ the Colts....all offense, no defense. If they can get going on defense, watch out for the Colts...but that's a BIG IF.

Speaking of Portis...he just ran for about a 70 yard touchdown on his first carry as a Redskin.
As a long time Cowboys fan, I hate to say this but,...the skinz are back. Joe Gibbs is the man.

I would do the fantasy league, we should get something out of watching those overpaid idiots, most of them anyway.
