10 offensive possesions for each team but I think they let both 7th and 8th grade play.

Hardly any of 7th graders got to play. Tyler just watched along with most of the other 7th graders.

DH & Dodgeman,
I coach the Little League football program at EPC and our 4th & 5th grade team and 6th grade team will play our arch rival, Marked Tree in a jamboree this Saturday at Marked Tree. Then we play them again the very last game of the season. We moved the game to a Tuesday night so we could play "under the lights".
Funny thing was said yesterday after practice. One of the players walked up to me and said with a proud demeanor, "Just about any boy can be an indian...only MEN can be Warriors." I guess this rivalry is borne within them... graemlins/thumb.gif

He is a true Warrior, as most of us Lepantoians are. graemlins/thumb.gif

Ty-Bo get used to this. Dodgeman and DH (along with others) are good about hijacking threads and start rambling. That's how they get so many posts (Well, that and word association games graemlins/smack.gif ) graemlins/thumb.gif

What do you mean hijacking threads, I thought we were talking about football? Deerhunters son got his finger broke playing 7th. grade football, how is that hijacking? I know the entire state doesn't watch Pocahontas football, but speaking of them, they hadn't lost a game last year in senior high until they played EPC (which is Lepanto) in the playoffs. graemlins/smack.gif
As for so many post, since I have had this shattered ankle, this is all I can do, give people technical assistance, and hunting tips, oh yea and post pictures of women Mr. C and X will never ever, I mean that they like to look at. :D
As far as deerhunter he has had about 6 months longer on here than I do, and he has not been of any value technical or hunting wise since he got on so I guess he has just carried on alot of BS. I can say this and get away with it cause he won't be on here until tomorrow night. ha ha :D
Now back on topic, don't want to be accussed of hijacking a thread, we got a scolding for that the other day so I would never do that. Football season starts this week, I hope our boys are ready.

I'm kidding Dodgeman.... tongue.gif
Speaking of Football. We played our jamboree in Marked Tree. The 4th and 5th graders tied MT 6-6 and the 6th graders beat the MT 6-0. Against Rector our 4th and 5th graders beat Rector 6-0 and tied Rector 0-0 in the 6th grade game. Rector's 6th grade front line averaged 200 pounds...no kidding. Our line averages 100 pounds... . We were quicker though. graemlins/thumb.gif
