After a break in Nolan's trial till this wed. how do you think he stands? I believe that Nolan's case was really damaged by the testimony of Houston Nutt. From what I have read and heard from the reporters there Houston agreed that there was an unlevel playing field with Nolan getting the best treatment. Nutt stated that if he had made statements like Nolan he would have been fired long ago. Nutt also stated that Nolan's money was guaranteed and didn't have to reach certain goals to get his money. It was said that Nutt would look right at Nolan during his testimony and Nolan would look away or down. Nolan doesn't look like the tough guy he always talks about. Maybe he can't stand the truth. If Nolan says he didn't mean what he said after the Kentucky game then he shouldn't have run his mouth on tv. More later.
