Spring squirrel season !!!

It opens this saturday who will be out there trying to get them some of them tree rats?

Wish I was, but am not going to make it. Got year round season where I live, only problem is they are all fox squirrels. Would like to get a freezer full of greys.

Deerhunter if you are going to the sunken lands better make sure you have you snake boots on. I have never hunted squirrels in the spring. It is just like turkey hunting, it just does not feel right to me to be out hunting in the spring.

Yeah I'm not crazy bout spring squirrel hunting but my mom loves it and she would really like for me to go out kill a few, so I may have to but not this weekend. I'm hoping to go turkey hunting just one more time this season.

I haven't hunted spring bushytails since I was a kid, but man I could have taken 3 limits this past Saturday, they were all over the woods.

I love fall squirrel hunting probably as much or more than deerhunting, if there is alot of sqirrels. I hope I am able to go this time.
