Back in the day, I sold mine here. I don't know if they still buy, but you could give them a call, they might be able to hook you up.
They are not in Ar. but closer than the Western part of the state.

Name: Zander's Sporting Goods
Address: 7525 State Rd 154

There used to be a guy over around Knobel or Delaplaine somewhere my grandpa used to take me, but I'm sure it's gone. There also used to be someone that came to the sale barn in Pocahontas. However, with the severe drop in fur prices, you will probably have to ship, or drive to get rid of furs. Probably not worth the trouble unless you have quite a few...

I've got my buyer's license but I don't have a real great market. About the only thing that's really worth much are otter. I'm paying $85.00 on the big males. Bobcat is the next best with a top of $35.00 on the big toms with good spots. The southern coon market is really tough. I've got a top of $5.00 on coon.
My family was in the business for a long time but we quit about four years ago. I decided to go ahead a get my license this year because we still have a bunch of people call us every year wanting to sell fur and since I'm trapping and will be taking a load of fur off anyway I thought I'd go ahead and buy some this time around.
I'm up in Sharp county so it would still be a pretty good drive for you. PM me if you want my phone #.

Here is an update on my prices. Top otter price is now $100.00, coon top of $8.00, that's for these hill coon, not southern AR coon. Beaver 6.00, about half that for a hatter beaver. Bobcats about $35.00 for a good sized one with a white belly with good spots. Would probably give more for one with good large spots on the back as well but you don't see too many like that around here. Mink $8 and $4, rats $1.50 for a good large one. Red fox $15.00, Grey fox $12.00. Coyote about $10.00 for your average Arkansas coyote. Might give more for a nice pale/white one. That is skinned of course. Not over five bucks on a whole coyote. Skunks a buck or two, civit cats five. Wouldn't take a possum if you gave it to me. I'll be buying until Feb 15th. If anyone wants my number just pm me.

Yeah Chuck those where the days, but gone now due to those (#@*^&) anti hunters and animal rights folks. No one wants furs anymore. But back then $140.00 dollars would buy more than today.
