H2O Sports in North little Rock has a trolling motor repair shop. I think they also do Minnkota Warranty work.

usually when you buy a new prop it comes with a pin . I also have used other things like a 8penny nail just cut it the right length to fit , hope this helps

Wal-Mart usually has a kit with two pins, two washers and a plastic nut for around 5 bucks. Look near their trolling motors.
Whenever I went to a boat dealer or something like that they wanted 3 bucks each for the pins.

Take your sheared pin pieces to a local hardware or parts store and look for smooth key stock. I got some at our local NAPA for about $1 and was enough for about five pins.
