white river

It don't get much better than it is right now. If a big front comes through and produces a lot of rain then it will slow down until the water level drops and clears up. You should have been here yesterday. :thumb:

i fish from sylamore to calico rock alot and the fishing in that area has droped off in the past few years as far as the big 1nz go. but the fish are there. i had some friends up last weekend and we did good concedering the whater was steadly riseing and falling. with 7 people we had a weekend totle catch of 136 but only kept 60. we put back anything under 14 inches. the best part of the trip was that the 3 laides that were with us had never fished for trout befor and they out fished thier husbands :cool: ( i took the laides in my boat ) it helps to know where the good spots are. if ya deside to come this way for a fishing trip let me know. my charge for guide service is BRING BEER!!!!!!!!!!!! i like to relax after a hard day on the river :wink:

I have not been on the river this spring. It sure looks good though. I did get a good report on the Norfork River right below the dam. Several big rainbows have been caught there recently. :thumb:
