A trout guide is not allowed to transfer his limit of trout to his client. What about someone guiding for say Crappie ?

if the client is below his or her daily limit of trout then the guide may transfer just the number that would put the client at the daily limit.

What about Crappie or other game fish ? Can the guide transfer his limit to the client when client already caught his limit for the day ? Possession limits are 2 daily limits.

Crappies aren't federal control......don't need a stamp. They are just crappies:thumb: Someday they will change the keyword from "migratory" to wandering!~john

my guess is that it would be legal to do that with crappie. Just call your regional office and find out for sure before you take mine or especially Johns advice!

Have you ever bought a trout stamp....or how about a duck stamp? It was my understanding that the Migratory act...had something to do with it. I may be wrong though.....I better get a three shot plug for my keyboard.
