won another one (sort of)

we played in the second annual TBS-BOOMTOWN CLASSIC in Eldo yesterday. it was a title defense for us, as we won the inaugural tournament last year. there was some really stiff competition there, and we played some of our best ball ever. our starting pitcher, ss, and lf were all in MO turkey hunting. we had a couple of good pick ups tho. thanks to DONS 4X4,and MILAMS JEWELRY, and BULL BISHOP and TBS for throwing a great tournament. it was nasty rainy all day, and the donafill finally got saturated about 7 oclock. we played undefeated all day, and met RAMPAGE, (RSC), out of west monroe, in the finals. everyone was wet tired and nasty, and they would have to "double dip" us to win it all. they didnt want to play two games if it came to it. one of their guys made the shirts for the tourney, and didnt get the second place shirts finished. he told us we would get the champs shirts either way, so we played one for all the marbles. we played our worst game of the day, and lost 15 to 11. i will post after church and show ya'll what a line drive pee-rod back to the pitchers bicep looks like. lets just say i got protected! heres a list of teams:
